About Uma

Hi, I’m Uma.

Hi! I am Uma. I am 43, a mommy of two boys, and a Goldendoodle pup. I am a licensed integrative nutritionist, hold a college degree in Microbiology, and have worked as a nutrition counselor for 10+ years. I am passionate about all thing’s health and wellness, and my mission is to help my clients make small lifestyle changes, to see a big difference in the way they look and feel.

The goal of my bi-weekly newsletters is to leave you with ideas that you can implement in your routine to see a difference in your energy levels, and mental and physical health over time.
